A few words about us.
Management consulting practice from NYC
We provide advisory services to top management of professional service firms.
In our practice, we use proprietary models and common-sense frameworks.
“I refused to step on the same rake.”
— Sergei N. FreimanProprietary models
“Having stepped on the same business rake far too many times, I’ve decided to create decision-making frameworks to help — let’s be honest here — myself. Turns out, I was able to assist fellow professionals too.”
In our consulting practice, we employ frameworks based on proprietary strategic management models — maps.
Consulting practice
Today, Sergei N. Freiman is a sole practitioner at awezzom Management consulting. Therefore, our ability to take on large advisory work for large firms is very limited.
Our expertise and services are a better fit for small and mid-size professional firms (20—500 full-time eployees), and smaller engagements.
Advisory services and solutions
We use the word “solutions” in alchemical terms — a special mixture with unique properties. Each practical solution is a special combination of standalone advisory services. While individual components themselves address particular challenges, jointly — with a focus on the overarching goal — they are more potent.
Our clients
We work exclusively with firms of professional services sectors such as law firms, accounting and finance, marketing and digitial agencies, engineering and design, recruitment, and other business services. Some of our individual modules may be applicable (and affordable) in smaller practices. However, our advisory work, models and frameworks are typically most suitable for larger organizations: small and mid-sized professional firms.
Research
Our models are based on research and studies of scholarly papers, business literature, consulting insight, and best practices. We were able to create integrative models, which means that your firm’s current models, testing results, assessments, and frameworks may be put to good use, too. Our approach is to always attempt not to throw the baby out with the bathwater.
