Introduction

awezzom.com is a web app that is a part of the legal entity registered in European Union. The website (awezzom.com) is targeting professional services firms, entrepreneurs, business owners, CEOs and CMOs with an intention to promote and offer marketing consulting and advisory services. The information on legal entity can be found at the bottom of this Privacy Policy page. Both the website and the legal entity will be referred to on this page as the Company or We.

Security & Encryption

All data is encrypted via SSL/TLS when transmitted from servers of a well-know, trusted hosting provider to your browser.

Data collection

We try to collect as minimal amount of data as necessary to ensure a pleasant user experience for visitors of our website (users). We may collect user’s IP address, device information, time, location, language settings and similar information available through user’s client software (e.g. browser).
If you leave a comment on our website, we will store the comment, the IP, date and the email address associated to it.
If you submit any contact form on our website, we will consider you as a potential client and we will store the data you have provided in the form. We will keep track of potential clients who had shown interest in our services. We will not, however send any promotions without a prior consent from each individual user.
If you choose to subscribe to our mailing list, we will store your email address, your name and contact details you provide to ensure newsletters are delivered when due. Each email you recieve will have the unsubscribe link that will make your email address inactive on the list. This might not remove your personal data from our servers.
If you are making a purchase on our website, we will never store information about your credit or debit card, bank account or other means of payment. For security, dispute and reliability reasons we might store the last four digits of your credit/debit card, your name and email address. All of the information required to make payment (first name, last name, credit/debit card details) will go directly to and through the payment processing company (e.g. PayPal, Stripe or similar).
We use third party applications such as Google Analytics’ and Bing Clarity code to gather relevant insights into users. We cannot and will not be held responsible for and are incapable of changing, removing or altering any user data these third party applications gather on our website.

You have the right to request copies of all personal data we have on you. We may charge you 20 USD for providing you with all such data. We have decided to charge for these services in order to prevent fraudsters from manipulating the requirements and taking advantage of compromised email addresses.
You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate about you.
You have the right to request we erase information about you.
You have the right to restrict access to your information.
You have the right to object to the Company processing any information about you.
You have the right to request any part of your personal data to be transferred to you or another organization appointed by you. We may charge you 20 USD for fulfilling this request. We have decided to charge for these services in order to prevent fraudsters from manipulating the requirements and taking advantage of compromised email addresses.
We reserve the right to act upon any of your requests within one calendar month.

Law enforcement

We will not hand your data over to law enforcement without a court order. We will reject any requests from local, federal or international law enforcement when they seek data without a court order. We will always inform you when such requests are made, unless we are legally obliged not to.
